May 6, 2026
ARLINGTON, Va. –
DTS has been selected as an awardee under the U.S. Army contract supporting the Next Generation Commercial Operations in the Defending Enclave pilot program.
The contract, awarded by Army Contracting Command at Aberdeen Proving Ground, carries a total ceiling value of $49 million and is focused on advancing small-business cybersecurity compliance capabilities across the Defense Industrial Base.
DTS will compete for task orders alongside a select group of cybersecurity and technology firms to support the Department of War’s evolving requirements for secure, scalable, and compliant operating environments. Work under the contract is expected to continue through May 14, 2031.
Ed Tuorinsky, Chief Executive Officer of DTS, said, “This program reinforces a broader shift across the defense community. Cybersecurity is no longer a point-in-time activity; it must be sustained, measurable, and aligned to mission delivery. We are proud to support that shift and contribute to strengthening the cybersecurity posture of small businesses supporting the Department of War.”
“Our processes have been vetted by the U.S. Army through an extensive 18-month evaluation involving cybersecurity experts,” said Jamie Repesh, Chief Operating Officer of DTS. “Being selected alongside a small group of companies to implement these practices reflects both the maturity of our approach and the growing demand for operationalized cybersecurity compliance.”
The Defending Enclave pilot program is designed to strengthen cybersecurity posture across small businesses supporting the Department of War, with an emphasis on scalable compliance models, continuous monitoring, and operational resilience.
DTS brings deep experience in CMMC alignment, NIST-based compliance frameworks, and managed cybersecurity services, supporting government and commercial clients in building defensible, audit-ready environments.
