ARLINGTON, Va. – DTS, a service-disabled Veteran-Owned small business (SDVOSB) delivering cybersecurity, compliance, and IT solutions across the federal and defense sectors, has been named a successful offeror under the U.S. General Services Administration’s (GSA) OASIS+ contract in the Management & Advisory domain, qualified under both the Small Business and SDVOSB categories.
This qualification enables DTS to compete for complex, governmentwide professional services opportunities—helping agencies achieve their missions with secure, dependable expertise.
“OASIS+ represents a new era in flexible, multi-domain contracting, and we’re honored to be part of it,” said Ed Tuorinsky, CEO of DTS. “When the government places its trust in you, it means something. That trust drives how we operate and how we deliver—every day.”
The OASIS+ program expands opportunities for qualified small businesses and Veteran-Owned firms to provide integrated professional and technical services across federal agencies. DTS’ inclusion reflects the company’s proven performance, readiness to support critical missions, and commitment to integrity and accountability in every engagement.
