Edward Tuorinsky
A Service-Disabled Veteran, Ed Tuorinsky founded DTS to bring security, compliance, and operational readiness to the Defense Industrial Base and federal agencies. He draws on more than 25 years of experience in the U.S. Army, consulting, and IT modernization.
Jamie Repesh
With over 30 years of experience in instructional systems design and organizational leadership, Jamie Repesh oversees DTS’ cybersecurity, training, and operations. As COO, she drives compliance readiness, workforce development, and business performance across all client engagements.
Jennifer Tuorinsky
Jennifer Tuorinsky is a licensed attorney and PMI-certified project manager with more than 20 years in IT consulting and corporate law. She ensures DTS engagements meet federal regulatory and contractual requirements, bringing legal and project oversight to complex programs.
Sarah Tulk
A CPA and MBA with more than 20 years of experience, Sarah Tulk supports DTS and its federal clients with expertise in compliance, cost management, and audit readiness, ensuring fiscal operations strengthen mission outcomes.
