The DTS team worked with the Department of the Navy, Defense Information Systems Agency, and Defense Logistics Agency from the early stages of implementing a large invoicing and payment system. We worked with government personnel — including contracting officers, acceptors, inspectors, payers and private vendors — to change each individual command’s and vendor’s paper process to an electronic one, enhancing overall organizational efficiencies.
